Bike was flooded in tropical storm.  Replaced ecu and coil. Motor turns over but no spark have 12volts on one wire of coil. How much voltage should be on other small wire? Crank position sensor is about 200ohms. . Cleaned plug with sandpaper. Want a wiring diagram to check voltage at ecu. I have update. The blue wire going to coil has no voltage when turning it over. The white with black stripe has 12vdc when key is turned to on position.also, how do I clean the connectors on ecu? I dont see how I can get a  screwdriver in there  to release them. Found a schematic.i still need to clean connectors though

did you ever solve this problem?  I have one doing the exact same thing.  W/Bl wire 14 volts, B/BL nothing.  Have replaced all that plus the stator, regulator but still not getting a spark.  It almost acts like a safety switch is engaged.

Still not working.   Just rewired the wire connector on floor board under front of engine. Still no spark. Next step is to clean connectors on the 2 ecu plugs. I cant release them from plug.

I am having the exact same issue with my 2021. no spark and the fuel pump is not priming. if i ground the fuel pump it comes on and i'm reading the same things you are at the coil pretty much. been racking my brain for three days now.   A couple of things for you to check. the purple wire on the ecu black plug pin #18, it should have 12v at all times as it is a memory. i g;uess that is a common problem with that wire losing connection. Wire #15 w/b should have 12v when ignition is on. Also, there is a 9pin connector around that area that the purple wire goes to, it is prone to corosion. Unfortunately, everything i've told you did not work for me. If you want to check to make sure your fuel pump is working, you can ground the r/l wire while it is plugged into the fuel pump, it is the ground provided by cdi ~ relay.

I have a Coleman 550.  Was having problems to start with where it would start and then shut off after a couple tries. It would take off and be good. It then got to a point where it would not start at all. I replaced the fuel injection twice the second time I replaced it I noticed a mouse or something had chewed one of the wires that connect the electrical to the fuel injector. . So two-part question first does anybody have a part number for that wire harness?  Second, any other ideas after I fix the wire harness permanently on what could keep it from starting I have gas flow up to the fuel injector.

Hey all, I was just wondering what you guys consider a necessary upgrade or spare part to have or mod onto your machine.
I'm going for a kind of shtf survival rig that's not going to be SUPER heavy and I'm looking at getting:
A spare belt (I keep seeing this mentioned everywhere I look so it must be important)
A spare tire and mount( So would I need a jack like one from an old jeep or something else?)
      Tire chains for the winter
And maybe a cargo bed upgrade so things don't slide out.
      Bumpers because duh.
I already installed high output lights and have a windshield, roof, back window, and winch. And I outfitted a Molle panel for the back of my passenger seat with extra supplies like food, first aid, and spare mags.
Any advise on increasing durability, longevity, and having something on hand because it's absolutely necessary would be a plus.
      Thanks so much!

Just bought new 2024 AODES 650 work cross 2 seated for my dad and he's very resilient at 79 and still cuts trees, splits and hauls firewood for heating home. He's begun using Polaris ATV with wagon more over his 80's toyo4x4 flatbed after the wood has been split. I figured UTV would be easier, more practical at times and more fun. It does not have a heater and would like suggestions on one that best suits his. He's tough but gets chilled easy now and a heater would make joyriding much better at this time of year. I Have found nothing that specifically Says it's made for this particular UTV I don't know what to make of the More generic Hacher versions Or how adaptable they are. I've read They have come from the factory with Heaters but It says nothing about Adding
