  1. silverbullet I have bought rear differentials and ring and pinions from Casey. The first few were ok but we had hard time setting back lash on the ring and pinions. The last shipment of ring and pinions were of poor quality. The gears were cast not machine like factory. They had pot marks on the gears like the mold or the steel was not at the right temperature. So we stopped buying them.We are looking for a new Vendor so we can get a quality part.We stand behind all our parts. And they were not of good quality.Casey was up front with us but could not resolve this issue. Rich
  2. Casey Since you want to compete on this differential than i will take action on amazon.
  3. silverbullet Call me first so we can diag. may be. Thanks Rich 928 344 2117 9:00 cal. time
  4. Silverbullet Ok Thanks Call us if you need parts Thank You 928 344 2117
  5. Don't forget to loosen the the nut first. Then turn the screw.See how it idles and adjust as needed.
  6. silverbullet It should stay at about 1000 rpm or so.
  7. Silverbullet We just set the ideal up with the screw.Joyner's always do that.It could be compression.check the fuel pressure should be 50 PSI.Could be wiring bad connection.1000 to 1100 RPM Thanks Rich
  8. Silverbullet. We work on Joyner but to far we are in Yuma Az.But if you need some thing bigger it would be worth it.928 344 2117 Thank You Rich
  9. silverbullet We have made a deal with a Joyner vendor who dose all drive trains parts. We will supply a trooper rear differentials. We will up grade them with Lenny's up grades. We all know how his up grade work. Price will be 685.00 + shipping. Will have supercharger very soon.We spent a lot of time making this innovator supercharger. We have tested it for months.Found small things and fixed them an are satisfied with this will be a bolt on system.Working on fabricating jigs to build the units. But differential are hear now.
  10. Silverbullet No sorry we only deliver to the lower for free shipping. 48 states.International shipping fees apply on any thing we ship. Thanks Rich

  12. silverbullet. It dose it have 4x4 drive with dump bed.Or is 2 wheel drive. The 10 digit is the vin # count from right
  13. silverbullet The 1 thing i would do is compression test.It should be about 120 on both cylinder. If low you will need to rebuild it.With the shifting it sounds like the snifter cables may be broken.Or need adjustment. They are all sloppy because of the cables.Shift the trans manually at the engine.Take off cables and move the arms left to right. And than move it up and than go left and right. Call me if you need more info. 928 344 2117 look for the JNSZ # to tell what model you have. The 10 digit is the year.If you do not have owners manual i can send you one to your email. Thanks Rich

  16. I have available 2 complete upper and lower intake manifolds for the Chery SQR472 1100cc engine. These are for the the 1100 Sand Viper (they curve up instead of down like the Trooper), Renli RL1100, Orieon Epic and the Durrux DRX4. It may fit other models with the SQR472 Engine. 100$ Delivered to your door
  17. Silverbullit The only difference is the pinion gear.No they are no other difference. It gives you a little more low end.You can just change the pinion gear.If interested let me know. Thanks Rick
  18. Silverbullet We are testing are camshafts in the next few weeks on the dyno.It is on our 800cc Renegade. Its has 27.36 H/P at the rear wheels.Thar is a lot of drive train to move being a 4x4 but we think it will be worth the effort.Old grind so we can see the difference between the new and old.Cost will be a consideration in dyno testing. If we get a good result than we can feel conformable on the 1100cc.
  19. silverbullet We carry rear differential and c/v axles. 928 344 2117
  20. Silverbullet I will let the UTV Forum judge your theory. The members are some of the most knowledgeable on engine technology. And will see your theory is totally stupid. Rich
  21. Getting the head milled you may get 3 to 5 H/P may be.Aiding new cams will give your engine a big boost in low end torque.RV Cams are suitable for use in otherwise stock low compression engines. Usable power is increased between 1500 and 5000 (depending on application). These camshafts have a smooth idle, excellent throttle response and acceleration, plus good fuel efficiency. This is helping you understand how cams work.We have a 800 cc engine stock that we will install our new cam grind and get tested on a dyno.in the next few weeks. We will give results on utv board.Check out our delrin bushings trailing arms and bearing block no noise or binding any more self lubricating.Last a life time!
