I've heard real good things about the Silent Rider https://atvsilencer.com/pages/universal

thanks for sharing!

I'd get in touch with @Alex

Looks like a PCV type deal.... possibly a filter/oil catch.
I'll do some internet searching,.
-
the only source i know is JoynerUSA.com
-
I definitely would not go through with that deal. no matter how trustworthy the seller may seem. It seems kind of odd the seller (especially if they are an individual) would go through the hassle of shipping it.
How did you come across the UTV?

As I said, I have 160 acres. It just gripes the heck out of me , that all I can walk is the area where I'm building a house.
Now, I can drive everywhere, see everything. Sure is a stress buster.
Before I went in the military, I was an avid hunter. Deer, pronghorn antelope, javelina hogs. Since Vietnam, I can't bring myself to kill things. Turned my interest to feeding them and watching their habits. I've raised 2 fawns, several baby rabbits, a meaner than hell ground squirrel , and hurt quail. In 4 years , I have had one bear foraging around, and a young mountain lion.
The strangest animal out here is the animal native to Africa, called "audad" mountain goats. I'm certain, I am just as strange to them. Funny, most animals just stand and watch me while I'm in the Hisun. As soon as I get out , they bolt.
This Hisun 750 has greatly increased the quality of life.
I've been to big bend national park a few times. Beautiful Country... hiked to the summit of emory peak a twice. Beautiful view from up there. Do you ever see any Ringtail cats? they're kind of rare.

I'd contact Cub Cadet tech support and give them that error code number

Welcome to the board and a big Thank You for serving our country.

yep, those pumps are meant to be used and thrown away when they go bad.
They're fairly simple, just a diaphragm on the inside. over the years, the corn in the gasoline tends to harden them and they don't pump as well.

Good job!

so the engine runs good and makes power, but it just doesn't have any "Umpf" to go or pull?
i would pull the spark plug out and take not of the color of the electrode end, Is it Black, White, or tan?
If the plug doesn't appear to be the culprit, as the 610 has plug issues, i would look at the drive belt next. your engine may be putting out plenty of power, but if your belt is worn and slipping, that power cant make it to your wheels.

are the pulleys Keyed to the shaft, or is it a taper lock fit?
In other words, You have a straight shaft, straight bore in the pulley with a key, or is the shaft and pulley bore tapered?

Did you install a new belt?

Hadn't thought of gas cap vent been an issue- I will look into that.
The fuel filter was original I replaced it with just a generic clear type Ryco inline filter which was quite a bit larger than the original.
Ill get a new pump in and give it a shot as well.
Do you have the part number of the Ryco?
Its possible the filter micron rating is too low and the pump cant pull enough fuel when under load and high fuel demand. i used a wix 33011 fuel filter for awhile with a rating of 12 microns, and i had fuel issues when going full speed and loaded down.. switched over to a Briggs and Stratton 845125 with a micron rating of 30 and never had any issues and it seems to filter well enough. I put an inquiry in to kawasaki for the micron rating of their OEM filter.

Have you tried pulling the gas cap during the issue? Maybe the vent hole is stopped up?
This is what I would do next.
Saabman, are you using the oem filter?

It could be as simple as a dirty fuel filter. that is where i would start.
Im assuming this is a fuel injected machine?

i don't have any experience with them but this video may help you out

I don't right now but i can take some when i get home from work.
I had to reapply it in a few small areas where we chunked heavy scrap iron in it and it gouged it... but i has really adhered good.
