Dang, you got a strict trail width restriction! +1" total width is a game changer? What about the rears, did you make them narrower or decrease backspacing to fit on the trail? I thought the way they were setup from stock the rear sat wider..... or maybe that was my oversized tires squeezed onto the stock rims.

the wheels that came on mine it's 64" wide. i have some steel car wheels that are heavy that makes it 60" wide. the trails we ride in KY. ARE MARKED 58" LIMET. i can get through at 60" and it rubes both sides in some places an hangs on edge of big cliffs some places so yes it matters. front end spindels are wider then back.

What car did your wheels come off of? Wish I had some advice, but I don't?

Yes I do, My son has an RZR4 and the trailer he is using is too narrow for it, so he runs a ratchet tie down strap from A arm to A arm and cranks it up so that it is narrower and rides higher, perhaps you can try the same for areas that need to be narrow.

Haha if I don't fit I just find a way around

not were we ride theres not rume to turn around you will back up for a mile or two if lucky. some times you can't make the corners going backwards the front wheels fall over the edgeh half to winch back over to get around corners. pretty tight.

Runs fine just putting around the yard. Get it out on the road and about a half miles it runs out of gas. Let it idle for a few minutes and it will run for another half mile and do it again. Replaced both fuel pumps and filter. Does anyone know if I can get rid of the factory fuel pump?

I have been searching and can't find much info on these units. Pretty surprising as every other thing I own I find a lot of info on. Researching for tech info and such it's like no one owns any of these yet I see them everywhere.

Hello all. I have a 2005 Joyner sand spider 650 with the dreaded broken output shaft on the transmission. I got ahold of a 2007 joyner commando 650 for cheap that had a bad motor but a good transmission. I got it because everything i read said that the transmission would work but it seems that it will not. Due to the commando being 4x4 it has a selectable locker and a small ring gear using a "idler" gear to turn the ring gear which make the output spin the wrong direction. Is there any way that I can make this thing work? I really dont want a commando,  I like the buggy but if the trans wont work then I can only put my motor in the commando. Any help would be appreciated. I have the ring gear from the original trans but the shaft is broken and the shaft from the commando wont fit the ring gear it doesn't appear.
