Out of curiosity can you see if there are any bigger motors chery makes that would bolt up to our current transmission? Need mo powa, but I don't want to do a turbo if it can't be tuned. And yes I have the fuel controller.

Sorry I do not know what the question is.

I have checked on the 1500cc motor and will know in a few days.I do not think the transmission will work. The motor has to much torque.I have looked in to Diesels but transmission wont work same reason plus different bolt pattern.

Thanks

Matt

And if anybody gets the cams. They should let Silver Bullet install them on your head. So all you have to do is unbolt it and bolt it back on. Cams and the right intake made a big differance.

Matt, what is the cost for the cam and install?

I never was sold on the cam mainly because it's just a regrind right? And I never saw any performance numbers, just seat of the pants reviews. Most of those were in conjunction with other upgrades also.

Plumber, if you are saying there is a big difference then I take your word for it.

I am not opposed to going to a new tranny & engine. Problem is finding a fwd tranny with a super low first gear.

The output shaft is the weak link in the drivetrain. I looked at having one built out of 300M. They wanted $1200. Little to steep for me.

2scoops, I like the cams I mostly always going up a hill. And they give it a little more ass. But you need to look into that other intake part it just has a better flow. Like the old corvette motor had the long intake tubes for torque. I just say it's not a hard job IF you let Silver Bullet install them on your head. I had to send mine to Rick. And he done it and send it back to me and it was done right. The first mechanic said he could do it and he bent 4-valves. You will need a fuel controller

      Afternoon,
Doing some much needed overdue maintenance on the Joyner T2.  Believe mine is a 2011.

      In need of :
      - wheel bearings and seals (small and large)
               Outer 65x45x8
               Inner 62x42x8
               Bearing 02.D650.03.01.0005 - 65x35x35
      - Inner tie rod joints
           D800.05.01.00.0002
      - Upper and lower ball joints
           S650.02.01.01.01.00
and I'm sure I'll uncover a few others as I continue the tear down

What's the most reliable for parts now?

      - Casey Ye from China, assuming shipping cost and time would be higher.
       - Klung, China contact as well I believe.
       - MPSRacing.net
       - Is ordering from Joyner-USA working for folks?
Address: 1650 E Riverview Dr Ste 110, Phoenix, AZ 85034        Phone: (602) 253-0283 Don't want it torn apart in the shop for too long.

Is there a parts manual floating around for ordering the correct parts?  I have a 2009 parts manual I believe, but there are definitely differences between that model and mine.
Hate to order the wrong stuff.

      Thanks,

I had been wanting to install power steering on my T4 for years so I went to the salvage yard last weekend and bought a complete column (minus airbag) out of a 2009 Nissan Versa for $125 with the ECU.
It was a fairly simple install. The long shaft that fits to the Joyner steering rack actually fit perfectly into the Nissan column. Had to weld up a U joint on the Nissan column to make it a straight shaft and fab up one simple bracket. Connect power and ground plus a switched 12v and now I can steer with one hand!

Tried to remove my skid plate to access the engine oil drain plug.  The plug isn't near an access hole but located between two holes.  Can't get a wrench in to remove the plug.  Short of drilling a new access hole (which I'm seriously considering), has any one been able to remove the skid plate?  Seems to be a nut on the other end of the screw and there's no way I can access that nut.  They must have bolted the skid plate on before putting the engine into the frame.  Thanks in advance.

Hello all, new member here. I've been lurking on this forum getting info on which utv to buy. I have been looking at the joyner trooper, duruxx drx3, rebel west rx and the oreion reeper sport. Duruxx is out of business, what about Joyner. I see their website hasn't been updated for over a year, about the same with their FB page. When you call your transferred to another phone number (call forwarding) and dumped right to voice mail. To which no one has yet to return a call from.
I see a new version listed for sale from various dealers, ok not dealers but retail establishments. This new or newer version has the radiator mounted up on the storage deck directly behind the seats and their is a snorkel now with a complete auto style air box and flat air filter to match. The front tire size is a 215-75r14. Can't see the rear tire size from pics but it appears to be shorter and wider. Can anyone confirm any of this for me please.
