Also make sure you rad fan is working properly. It may be working, but doesn't produce the necessary speed to cool the engine. We had a very similar issue recently and it turned out it was a weak rad fan, so I bought 1 from 4 wheel online and problem solved.

It could be the thermoswitch that is faulty.

The wire might be the ground wire. Make sure to locate well where the wire is attached or connected.

Obviously you will need a lift kit and a good size of wheels and off road tires for this application. About the size well its depends on the height of lift kit you would install.

I agree you have to adjust the brake shoe to get the appropriate brake level you want. That is the only way to properly adjust the thing.
