Tracker 800sx UTV Accessories?

Recommended Posts

  • Alex changed the title to Tracker 800sx UTV Accessories?

I couldn't find anything on google, but  I did find that Rocky Mountain ATV/MC sells accessories for Tracker, but they're mostly seatbelts and light kits etc.

Seems like Trackers accessories are only available through them or a dealer, https://www.trackeroffroad.com/assets/pdf/2020-Tracker-Off-Road-Accessory-Catalog_800sx_800sx-crew.pdf

Hey there - There are tons of aftermarket accessory shops for your 800SX;  UTVsource , sidebysidestuff , countrycat , theutvsuperstore and my personal favorite, Ebay...  Amazon has some items as well.  Just do a google search on 800SX accessories and go nuts.  I have installed about every upgrade option you can possibly add on my 800SX TTE (other than hard doors or snow plows)  and above is where I purchased 90% of my stuff.  I do recommend a folding front windshield if you trailer or drive in the hot summer as it's a welcome relief to have a breeze on really hot days.  There is quite a bit of heat  that come through the seat & floorboards from the engine and even that can be drastically  reduced if you add heat shielding from like DEI powersports...  Really like the factory under seat storage as it keeps lots of gear organized, separated and sealed tight away from critters & moisture. A curved light bar across the top will light up your world as well. ..

I will caution folks though if you add a factory heater... The $900+ factory heater is a HUGE pain to install (literally takes 20+ hours) because of the 4 separate plastic 90degree elbows you have to independently align in mounting at the firewall. You get one aligned and then next one pops it off. You finally get 2 aligned, the third pops of 1 or both of the 1st two and so on and so on and so on.... It takes hours, lots of increasing cussing and infinite perseverance to finally get all 4 aligned and THEN you have to carefully ratchet the whole thing up to the firewall without popping one of the 4 off.  A couple buddies (Ration your beer proportionately as it's going to take a while), Gorilla/Duct tape will help to hold them in place but again, it still takes hours. I curse the designer of this for making the elbows hard plastic vs flexible rubber as that would make all the difference!  After you mount the heatercore/blower unit,  you will also find 2 of the 4 duct housings in the kit  are too short to reach the dash vent outlets so - plan on improvising in advance or cutting a 2 foot section out of your shop vac to lengthen both a foot.  The heater integrates nicely once installed & they work very well but the blower is also really noisy on med or high...  Hard to talk over noisy...  If I had to do it over again, I would have soundproofed the blower housing a bit before install.  I believe an aftermarket Inferno heater would work just as well and install in a fraction of the time for half the cost... Just my 2 cents!   :)

I'd post pics but don't see the option on the menu...   Thanks and enjoy!

I have a 2021 800 LE an added a rear bumper aftermarket-which matches the front grill guard perfectly-aftermarket for about $150(tracker wanted over $300). I found that it was listed for an Arctic Cat SXS which appears to be the same rig as the Tracker..

FYI: As far as snow plows go, I love the factory(Tracker) plow. I went with the 66" wide plow-I thought the 6' was too big. The install is simple and with the plow off, does not affect the ground clearance. (mounting plate mounts flush underneath)The blade comes on and off in less than 1 minute! I also lower it onto a furniture dolly to move it out of the way until I need it. To angle the plow you step on a release to turn the plow-super simple. The factory plow is an awesome set-up-I strongly recommend it!

Also, after watching some You-tube videos, I removed the wear bar on the blade and installed 2 steel pipes 1 1/2 - 2" dia about 12" on each end.-fitted over where the original wear bar went. This allows the blade to "roll" over dirt or grass without digging in. Most my plowing is a dirt/gravel road ,however it works well on pavement too. I tried PVC first ,but it would crack after1 plowing!

I know that this may be a bit outside the forum , but has anyone had any experience with all terrain wheelchairs ? I live on 5 sandy acres in Florida and am currently wheelchair bound. I have a power wheelchair but it doesn't work very well on my property . I.m looking at one that has rubber treads like a tank . It's pretty expensive so I was wondering if anyone had any experience or knows anything about them before I pulled the trigger.
I do have aa side-by-side but can't get in and out.
      Thanks , Rich

When researching the Tracker, I was interested in the 800SX LE. The original sales literature indicated that the LE came with 27x9x14 and 27x11x14 tires. When I went to pick up my Tracker, it had 26” tires on it. I called Tracker before paying for the Tracker and was told they had supply issues and could not get 27” tires. I’m curious to know if anyone has taken delivery of an LE with 27” tires in stalled? I just recently installed 27” tires and am happy with the added ground clearance and beefy look the machine has taken on!

I am throughly discussed with the 800sx.  It has a lot of suspension cracking and squeaking from the suspension/shocks.  Also been to the dealer 4 times for excessive drive clutch/belt squealing.  They have no clue and they have (supposedly) changed both clutches and drive belt. Anyone having any of these issues.
