I just bought a 2012 can am commander xt Rotax 1000 4x4 EFI. It has 456 Hours on it and 6543 miles on it. From what I have read that is not a hole lot. It will start Right up run for about 5 or 10 sec then starts to stubble and then stalls. And ever time I start it It runs fine for the first 5 or 10 sec. I can Repeat the process for about 8 or 9 times and will will at least stay running. But it does not run fine until it is warmed up. Once it is up to operating temp it runs and drives fine. I have Replaced the fuel pump. Thinking that was the problem but no. I replace the map sensor It wouldn't even start with the new one in. So I put the old one back in and it started Right back up. I Think I had a bad map sensor. I will get a different one. It Is definitely a fuel problem. I just don't know what kind of problem. Here Is my thinking on all the sensors. (Crank sensor) all that does is send a single to the coils. That don't care if the motor is cold or warm. (Map sensor) all that does is measure the temp of the air.(Fuel Injectors) If they were bad it would not start at all. If they were clogged. It would run like shit if it was cold or warm. (Temp sensor) This is the only sensor that tells the computer weather the engine is cold or warm. So what is the temp sensor is telling the computer that the engine is warm. When I first start it. the computer will think that the engine is at operating temp. So It leans out the fuel mixture. So with a lean fuel mixture going into a cold engine. It Is going to stall. I have no scan tool to hook up to the computer. So Please help. I am at my wits End trying to figure this thing out.

Help Please!
Last year my Mule started running bad and was hard to start. NOT a battery or starter problem. I replace the carb with one of those cheap Chinese carbs from Amazon. Problem got worse. So, I replaced the fuel pump, one from Kawasaki, fuel filter and lines. Then replaced the fuel pump line to the engine. Finally bought a Kawasaki carb. Everything was ok till I filled the gas tank with fresh gas then it started running bad and hard to start again. The tank is clean. Gas is fresh, AGAIN. Filter is new. When running it has an occasional misfire. Managed to burn about a gallon out of the tank. Runs better. Replaced the gas cap in case it wasn't venting. No change. When running, if you try to go full throttle, it bogs down. The gas is good. I use it in my mower with no problem. The stater was replaced about one year ago and the flywheel cleaned inside. Still seams like a fuel problem but I'm at a loss. It's going back to the mechanic shop today. We use the Mule every day, live on a farm. It's never sat up. It has 1045hrs on it. New battery and starter.
Any ideas?

2021 Hisun/Axis 700.
I've had some good trail rides with this thing, on some rough roads, although the last two rides weren't rough at all. ANYWAY, yesterday I pulled out of the garage and it clunked really loud, like the clunk when it's trying to pop out of gear... (I think we've all heard that..) And I'm used to it, in both Hi and Lo, but it seemed louder this time but it still moved. I got it up to the front yard and it clunked a few more times, loudly, and then it refused to move. Engine is fine: just no movement. I towed it back down to the garage and took a look at it today. I suspected the belt and had loosened all the belt cover bolts, but I thought I'd check for movement of the drive shaft. Started it up, set the brake, put it in Lo and gunned it. No-go. Then I noticed the front drive shaft was turning a bit. I pushed the button and put it in 4-wheel and gunned it again and the machine lurched forward a bit. The front drive shaft is turning and it wants to move so I guess it's not the belt. SO SO glad I didn't take the cover off- It's a royal pain to put back on... SO. I'm no mechanic but looking for input from you guys. Any suggestions on what to check next? Thanks in advance. So, searching forums.... The symptoms match what some guys are calling a broken "through shaft." I'm seeing drive shaft, through shaft, middle shaft... What to look for? -
