I Have a T-boss 410 that’s not charging. Put a new battery in it thinking that’s all it was and it still slowly just drains the battery while using. Only has 220 miles on it. My instinct tells me voltage regulator but wanted to see if anyone had any input before I order one. They seem to be expensive at $130 bucks. Any input appreciated.

Looks like after doing some testing the stator is not working.

one of three legs is grounding out.

1 leg produces 16v

2 leg produces 5v

3 leg produces 3v

pretty port deal for failing after 220 miles and less than 1 year of ownership

Well, pretty ticked.

stator is toast. Only has 220miles with no modifications whatsoever. Use it to commute 1/2 mile down the road so very easy use.

massimo won’t stand behind it even though it’s less than a year since purchase and the miles. Should have bought something more reliable. Might see if I can trade In on a mule.....

I’m back up and running on my own dime, but for how long? It shouldn’t have done this in the 1st place.

Since you have it apart, so there's no service center needed. Maybe you could use the pictures, to convince the manufacturer to send just the needed parts?

I tried. I sent them multiple pictures and asked for parts. They refused

massimo service sucks

I even attempted to post a bad review on the 410 on Massimos website and it won’t take it.

Condolences brother.. Massimo is the worst manufacturer on earth.. Absolute rip off company.. They wont fix any defect .. Mine broke on ITS VERY FIRST DAY with only ONE MILE on odometer .. They refused to pay repair shop.. and it was recommended on phone by  Company Rep in Dallas.   I tried to trade mine with less than 100 miles on it, on a new Honda Pioneer.... They refused to even consider Massimo.  Everyone should get together and SUE them

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

I heard there's several off road festivals out that way. One or two post apocalyptic, the rest just rev and run. Anyone know a good one that offers camping? Any advice for out of state people like hauling, legality, and where to stay?
Ideally me and the missus would be down for camping out and setting up shop somewhere nearby. That way we can just wake up, load up, and ride.

I just purchased a Massimo MSU500 and no manual came with it so I have some questions. looking for part #'s and availability of basics like spark plug air and fuel filter. What is the valve adjustment specifications?
Is there a fuel drain? It's been sitting, low mileage but I want to drain out the old fuel and put fresh.

I bought this SxS brand new.  A couple of years after I bought it, I became disabled.  Thus it has only 47 miles and around 16 hours of use.  I have no need to keep the SxS.  I am in Foley, Alabama.  It is very hard for me to get in out of the Challenger.  I would like to sell the set, 2019 Challenger 400, trailer and uninstalled winch (this was bought brand new as well, someone was supposed to help this newbie install and we never got around to doing this). I want  $6500 for the whole set OBO (Serious offers only).
