Kind of like a drill batery i believe My sis. had one she kept in her truck, worked good when ever the tire(S) got low.

They do make battery operated handheld compressors.

In my Kawasaki Mule 550, my front left tire kept going flat, and the wheel wasn't properly "Seated" you might say around the tire it self, put stop a (1) can of stop leak, works perfectly now!
