  1. I had similar issue with a Honda carb. Upon disassembly I found the idle jet completely blocked by hard white crud I asume is ethanol caused. I had to drill it out by hand with my tiniest drill bit That solved the problem. I now keep sea foam and startron in all fuel
  2. so many scams now.. Pretending to be surveys , donations, free stuff, etc. they just want enough info to rip you off. If this is legit, why didnt it come directly from Lippert? Why would they hire some college student to do it instead of a reputable Company? Its even reads like a hustle..
  3. I just spray with brake cleaner
  4. massimos are known to have overheating issues.. look at the recovery bottle when its running and hot.. if you see tiny air bubbles, you have a blown head gasket.
  5. if its just a rich fuel problem, and fouling plug in 5 minutes, you should see black smoke and the exhaust should burn your eyes. Did you try just changing the plug or wire ? Is it dry black carbon fouled or wet fouled ?
  6. If manual says 87 then it's good. All 3 of mine call for premium
  7. Sometimes water can come from condensation. My tractor has water separator so that may be a factor why I have no issues anywY good luck.
  8. are you sure its not water? Dont have any issues with my Turbo Diesel 40HP tractor in cold weather with nothing but Lucas in it. ... .we got in the teens here too for 2 days. started right up.
  9. problem is the air blocks the water passage on top of the head.. you gotta bleed it there and mine has bleed at waterpump. some air was trapped there too.. If air is in it, water will not circulate and it will overheat fast.
  10. get all the air out or it will overheat quickly.. HISUN head gaskets blow very easily. I speak from experience
