  1. Sorry only the 500 and 800 are EPA certified
  2. Problem with that is they are not in America as far as I can tell so getting one of those buggies in will be impossible without EPA certs
  3. I say pin down a location or at least a date so I can clear some vacation time this year so I can stay a bit longer
  4. Can't say for certain would have to look in the computer tomorrow on how much we own them for. My guess is probably not. People are still selling off Joyner auction parts and these I know I own from when tjusa was still around
  5. That unit is for a sand spider 650. I have these also if anyone wants one
  6. Nice drawn picture. Let's see actual bearings and yes please a price on them.
  7. The Honda cbr motorcycle shims correct size? No sure would need someone tomeasure the outside diameter with calipers or micrometers. The Honda ones are 7.5mm and there are 9.5mm ones they run around 4 or 5 bucks each. But I know my local metric shop does it for free on a exchange basis. They also make 13 and 25 and 29 and 29.5 mm sizes all sorts. If someone can come up with a size I can get them. Jarrad
  8. Forward is always to the accessory side of the crankshaft. Also it would be impossible to get the pistons past the crankshaft. Even with the crank pin down the counterweights go up so there is always something in your way.
  9. That's the problem it is not a limited slip it is a open differential. In my opinion that should not be sold for the trooper unless you want some unhappy customers
  10. Roc that piece actually goes inside the transmission. Think of an open diff on the rear of your car, kick the wheels up and put it in drive one spins forward one backwards. Now you stop the forward spinning one with a load and the other wheel spins forward. In essence it pits power to the wheel with the least traction. Ok now let's stick that unit in your trooper tranny you do 7 hours worth of work or more fire it up the first time put it in 2wheel drive and go. Well you don't go you see because the front driveshaft has no load on it without it being in 4wd so it will spin it and not the rear driveshaft. This piece is useless unless your buggy is full time 4wd. This is my .02 based on all the years of experience I have take it for what it is worth. But basically that is the theory of operation on that unit. Thats the reason Joyner put that in sand vipers and not the trooper/renegade transmissions. Jarrad
  11. Stock is 2.13. The gearset I sent Lenny is 2.285
  12. That's the open diff in the tranny. Instead of being locked all the time with a solid shaft. It was an update on sand vipers that snapped output shafts on cement and hard pack
  13. You guys know things are coming along nicely in the world of Joyner I am sure. We can call the last year a hiccup.
  14. I have 2 new headlights with bulbs and wiring harness included. Jarrad 817-695-1151
  15. My demo unit was purchased and is being shipped to Haiti.. I hope it provides him many hours of enjoyment
  16. We also wrapped our trooper, costs about $350 at our guy, less permanent than rhino line and if you get bored with the design you can peel it off and do something different Load em up and move em out - UTV BOARD - Side X Side and UTV Forum
  17. Welcome to the forums! I rhinoline jeeps all the time in our 4x4 shop and works awesome, just don't do red.. in a few years of sun you will have a pink joyner.. just my .02
  18. Kinarfi I would just do a manual lever swap on it, works out best in the long run Jarrad
  19. That is correct.. stay with the trooper I have a special edition Farmington buggy gently used we can work you a deal
