  1. The rear diffs are the same xept ring an pinion. Front renegade uses smaller output shafts for the axles
  2. That price is more than fair in my opinion. The retail prices on the Joyner seals are 5.17 for the inner and 6.38 for the outter.
  3. Rick, call me tomorrow 817-695-1151 I should be able to help you Jarrad
  4. Grounds. Start there, the look at your fuse boxes the wires burn up and make bad connections inside it. When you unbolt it you can look at the wires from the backside
  5. Myron yes they are all hard to turn when locked. That's why we offer a power steering kit. As far as the sloppiness in the steering they are all sloppy to an extent. I have 2 of lenny's fix kits in stock and if that was a deal breaker then I would have installed it. Good lick in your search for a buggy Jarrad
  6. No problem. We love jeeps the owner is a jeep head rock crawler.
  7. Myron, I pulled the buggy in today, it does have the upgraded driveshaft and re-inforced diff mount, we sold this unit new to the customer who owned it, we installed the front tube fenders and sliders, to answer your questions you had, it has a 4000lb warn winch in the front and a 8500lb Ramsey winch in the rear. Jarrad
  8. And Joyner used to claim 75 hp on the motor. Seems about right with the tube header. Although I hear they are changing to the stock cast iron manifold fir more low end torque
  9. It is the same motor. Joyner changed the ex manifold to a header and made a stub intake to flip it down and extend it out a bit. I have been working on these motors for years. I know what it is. Half these guys watched me put the timing belt back on my motor in the middle of nowhere
  10. Really? They have been telling me that same story for about 10 months now, I will believe it when I see it. I find it funny that JMC burned the one of the biggest dealers in the states.
  11. http://cheryengine.en.gasgoo.com/auto-products/16799.html here is your 1.1
  12. I have successfully ran 6 piaa 5100 series lights without a problem. Parts availability is a non issue as far as I am concerned
  13. Most all of our upgrades we make in-house. We have some Joyner upgrades left and I have come across enough parts to put together 7 of our full hydraulic ram ps kits. I was having them made by PSC steering bur because of thier insurance could no longer sell kits. All superior quality stuff. The possibilities are endless. Why don't you come on up to the shop I will put it on a lift and go over it with you front to back.
  14. The u joints he is refering to is the rear driveshaft. There currently is no front ds upgrade
  15. Myron, that unit is at my shop and you can guarantee that when something is sold through us it goes into the shop when it first arrives and we go over it front to back and make sure it is in tip top shape. We pride ourselves on selling a quality unit and stand behind our work. When I get to work on Monday I will personally check it over again. By the way nice jeep, mike showed me pictures of it today.

  17. I have not talked to them. A statement in the website said phone and inet are down.
  18. With 30's I could do close to 70. More than fast enough. I am biased to the Joyner so my opinion probably won't matter. But I have driven all of the utvs except a can am and Joyner is it for me. I like to have more control over every aspect of the buggy and the manual trans does it for me.
  19. I found a company that specializes in welding and regrinding cams. I think it was rocmoc was asking about awhile back. Would be interesting to see what they would do.
  20. The diff gears barely hold up to the motor in it now. You go putting something bigger in it you might as well source new diffs. Or else your just asking to be stranded somewhere. If you are going to go that far with it you may as well sell it to me and build a Suzuki samerai or a jeep or something. Because what you will end up with is lenny's buggy. The only thing Joyner on it is the gas cap and vin plate
  21. Would it not be more economical to just replace the clutch? They are not really that expensive. Sure you can buy a motor and tranny for 300 to 400 but then you need wiring harness ECM redesign the fuel system custom driveshafts redesign the cooling system. There are alot more variables that go into it than just dropping a motor in it. Especially with parts that are becoming more readily availible again I don't see why you would unless you really just wanted to. You could easily replace your clutch ten times over for the cost of what your contemplating. But to answer your original question yes you could technically flip the diff would require new mounts and then relocating the motor so that you can use the same axles or if it is too offset shorten two axles and lengthen two
  22. All I can do is look at the picture of my demo and figure out how to top that next year. Not going to be an easy task but I am sure that we can come up with something.
  23. We use a flip out windshield for the renegade. Lexan around the edges and safety glass in the middle with gas charged shocks to hold it up. It is out of your price range but I am sure your looking for something of this sort. http://shop.nolimitspowersports.com/product.sc?productId=134&categoryId=10
  24. I drove 1800 miles round trip last year. What's 2800 in the grand picture of it all
