This afternoon (NZ time) I have decided to stop importing Joyner in New Zealand. This especially includes any spare parts and for that I feel bad for my customers over here that need them. The decision has not come lightly, but it’s one I’m forced to make. I wish the guys at Joyner USA Inc. all the best as I do all the Joyner dealers that gone through so much pain in the 18 months or so. These are good Joyner people and hope you Joyner owners will carry on supporting them. I admire them for staying loyal and hope the brand takes off again. A lot of hard work has gone into the new Joyner models, in particularly by Ken Morris. I just hope the manufactures don’t stuff it up  .

I too am very loyal to the brand, but can no longer entertain the thought doing any business with the Joyner manufactures for reasons I’ll keep to myself, for now.

Take care you guys & gals and for those going to the Jamboree have a bloody good time and stay safe.

Ka kite anō

Thank you all for your kind words. It really was a painful decision but I really had no choice. I still love the Joyner brand and that’s one good reason to move on now and keep those memories.

One of the other reasons that I have come to this decision is the continuation of the earthquakes that are slowly killing our economy. Another two big ones this week feel on the same day and another 150 commercial buildings destroyed. We are witnessing the death of Christchurch and we as a nation can afford it. All that been said, that’s not the main reason I have called it quits, not even close.

It would be impossible not to continue popping into UTV Boards every day for a look and don’t worry, I’m not going to disappear from here. After all, I have to keep up my contacts to get spare parts for my Trooper. Oh the irony in that.

Cheers Mike.

Rick I have advised my customers to try Joyner Australia, only because he is the closest, but I never hear anything from him after I have sent emails. I’ve even supplied one of his customers with parts because he can’t be bothered. I really need to make sure my ex-customers are looked after as there is no way I will leave them in the lurch and will go all out to source parts for them. Thanks for your offer and will mention your name as enquiries come in. I am working on something concerning Joyner parts, so we will see how this works out.

I really feel bad for my customers and to be honest, that's probably the main reason I’ve kept going for the last six months.

Cheers Mike.

Looking for information on installing a OBD port or a lite to read codes in ECM.
I can not find a OBD port or a lite to read codes on this R2 with 800cc.
I have code readers and adapters for most ATV's. From what I've found so far. They don't have a connection for to read codes. I may be wrong. That's why I'm asking.
This R2 has had new IAC, TPS, MAP, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump replaced. This was done by neighbor to try to stop surging. It still surges on start up and then settles down. But once you hit the accelerator it revs up to 2000+ rpm and stays till you block off IAC port in throttle body with finger. Once you do that it once again settles down and idles perfectly.
I want to know what the ECM is reading to help dio it.
This joyner is the first one I've run across. Well second one in a week. (my neighbors 2 of them) The other was a trooper with the 1100cc chery motor that had been setting for years. After cleaning up the fuse box connections. It runs like a top. Had to replace all gages with aftermarket gages. Water, oil, gas, amp. Only problem one was the water temp using original sending unit. Had to install 150 ohm resistor on the input wire to get it to read correctly + - 5 degrees. Close enough. Gas sending unit was/is for a boat tank 6" tall. All SS so it should last forever.

I have an Axis 500 4x4 UTV that I was given.  It looks like an almost new machine with 39 hrs on it however it was apparently under water from the hurricane . I have no spark at the plug. I have replaced the plug, the plug wire, & the stator so far. Can anyone advise me of what i need to check and or replace to get this thing running? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
                                    Thank You,

      Hello All...
Just bought a 2014 Massimo 500 UTV.  It;s not running at the moment, but hopefully will soon.  I need a seat for it also (passenger side, if it makes any difference.)  It is a crank-but no start situation.  Just now starting to read the boards for solutions.  Apparently these models are well known for this issue.  If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to chime in, it would be greatly appreciated.
      Thanks

Unfortunately my rear Diff housing cracked on my 2013 and I need to replace it or find a good used complete differential.  I think the same one was used from 2013-2016?  Any help or referrals appreciated.  Thanks, Gary  (949)370-2575 (in UT)
