  1. Today
  2. Savage I just saw your post reply, I will try that tomorrow.
  3. Yesterday
  4. You guys left me hanging, was it the sensor? I am wondering if the issue is also not the thermostat at the engine.
  5. Last week
  6. I have an update. The UTV is still under warranty, and after talking to the repair guy and sending him some photos, they think the brain box died in the UTV. So, they are going to come and pick it up - It has to be fixed either way. I will update once I know more.
  7. Are you sure the compression meets the specifications? What is the PSI? I think the camshaft timing chain jumped a tooth, so the compression will be below spec.
  8. So, I have a 24 Bad Boy Bandit (750) that only has 83 miles on it. Due to family sickness, I've not had a chance to drive it much. I got in it - started it to move it out of the yard as I was mowing and parked it in the driveway. When to start it the next day, and it cranks fine, but it will not start. It has fuel. I'm super frustrated as I'm not very good at working on stuff. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what was the cause? Thanks
  9. Well I'm no mechanic but just thought I'd share because for months now I've been trying to figure out why my 2018 T2 1100cc was surging like air was getting in somewhere.. and it was!! On the back side of the intake below the air filter (its metal) and again sorry for the ignorance, but their are two vacuum ports, inside has a hose attached to it and the one closer to me had nothing on it and when I put my finger over it and had my husband start it, the surge was GONE! maybe I'm getting excited over something simple but we never noticed it before. Hope it helps for someone with the same problem.
  10. Hi all. TY for accepting me. My wife (54F) and I (60M) recently got the Zforce Trail (Pics will be up soon) and we are loving it! We live in a county where most roads allow UTV's, but State and county parks require that you're fully street legal and get the pass just like a car or truck. Since 99% of our riding is on roads, I'd like to get it legal to take the guess work out of where we can or can't go. I'm pretty solid on what I need I.E. turn signals, horn, etc., I'm looking for some advice on an extra set of wheels to put street tires on, and maybe some tips on what light kits to get (or to avoid). So far I have not found a glass windshield, which I've been told is a requirement. I've also seen that the Canadian models already have turn signals, etc. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.
  11. I would sell the entire sand spider 650 for $1000
  12. Attached to a working engine, I'm not selling parts off the engine. It would be worthless after that
  13. Thank you for this Service Manual! Putting it to good use right now.
  14. I’m looking for a valve cover for the 650. Would you have one by any chance?
  15. Sorry, I did not get a notification and don't check here often. Our problem is that the EPS did whatever it wanted to, meaning it would turn violently all the way. I reported it to the CPS Commission. HISUN picked it up, had a dealer repair it, and returned it. I doubt that the CPS Commission exists under the new administration, as most taxpayer benefits have been eliminated. I emailed the lady who helped me, to see, and it bounced.
  16. If your UTV will fit on the flat deck and your not towing a trailer as well. The flat deck is preferred. The larger length UTVs (4 door) need to use the over deck model. As well as if your towing a trailer. Good luck in your shopping.
  17. Found your thread regarding the CFMoto O2 sensor. Mine threw a PO151 code "Low Voltage Bank 2, sensor 1" I can only find one of the sensors, center rear of machine accessible from top. Where do I find the other one? Did you ever get your issue resolved? Thanks, Mike
  18. Hey @Sando did you get this figured out? I've had a similar problem with my 2022 buck 450. I've checked fuses, fuel pump, spark, solenoid, starter...they all seem fine, so i've been suspecting ECU
  19. Thank you for your response! Are they using flat decks or over the cab?
  20. We're looking at the Axis 750 at Lowe's. It's the one with the two flat screens in the dash board. The Lowe's store tells me there are no "Service Centers" for them in our area(upper east Tennessee). Now, I've had Chinese products before, namely the ODES 650 UTV. It was a real piece of crap. Are these worth the $12,000 or should I go somewhere else. I like everything about the Axis 750 but skittish. I was told back in October of last year that Axis has not provided any Service Manuals on these models at all. And that the usual UTV repair places won't touch them. Anyone that has these, what kind of issues have you had? What should I look out for, just in case? Thanks in advance. :)
  21. good luck finding aluminum with a 2,500lb capacity
  22. https://drive.google.com/file/d/140F7GD6uwmpIGBTyT08HXl5YkYjaHipu/view?usp=drivesdk Read pages 27-30
  23. Look for aluminum...much lighter
  24. In for a penny in for a pound at this point. Thanks again! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Should be fine, that is the fastest and easiest way to ensure the timing is correct. It can also be used for other projects in the future. Nice tool to have available. That said, if ya want to save the money, you can set timing by hand.
  26. While I don't have one I know several people that have them. They all tell me Ramptek is the best available. https://www.ramptek.com/
  27. Will this inductive timing light work? https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/c/innova/innova-timing-light/inn0/3551?q=Timing+light&pos=0 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  28. Yes sir, hope it helps!

Well thank you.  I am retired now....actually came out of "retirement" to help T/S Chino units for a friend....turned into full time.  We had Massimo.  Went to the INDY and ORLANDO power sports and met the folks.  They actually had the b---s and gave out our shop landline number for T/S help for dogs.  I've seen some of your posts...you sound AOK.  I have had a time with this old body.  My lady in white on my right shoulder has always done me good.  Better stop before it gets really deep.  Ben
