  1. My T-boss 410 is a wet clutch type. Don't know for sure, so maybe check the internet, or call Massimo to verify. Mine's a 2019, so I would guess it's also a wet clutch type.
  2. Do you know what the factory hp rating is? Sounds like you already covered a lot of bases, as well as sunk some $$$ into it. Have you done a compression check?
  3. Is it an overhead valve motor? Sounds like one or more of the valves is stuck open. Or, there's something in one or both of the cylinders. You could remove the heads, or maybe one of those snake cameras would give you some idea.
  4. I would assume that there was a reason for the factory to install a 4 hole injector. Maybe ask a tech at the factory, if available?
  5. Glad it worked out for you. Was it difficult to get mounted?
  6. Good news! Can you tell me why you chose that fan?
  7. No reason it wouldn't. If you can get it mounted and wired up, it should work fine.
  8. Excellent suggestion. I had a riding mower that would only run for several minutes, then die. It drove me nuts trying to locate the problem. But, after waiting for the engine to cool off sufficiently, it would start again. I finally drilled a small hole in the gas cap, and problem solved!
  9. $900.00??? I sent him $1200.00!😎
  10. That's sad, and an expensive lesson to learn.
  11. Do you have any kind of temp gauge? See how hot it's getting, and if the electric fan is coming on.
  12. That's extremely prevalent on the internet. I get random emails like that almost daily. They always seem so innocent. But you would think that some people would be cautious, with all the red flags with any of those emails. I just delete them and move on. Maybe it's just my pessimistic view of the world.
  13. I got one, too. But when I went to the site, it wasn't there. Mods, maybe?
  14. Look at it this way. You're not getting any enjoyment out of it just sitting there. You gotta try it sometime.
  15. If you can't hear the fuel pump prime, it may not be working, even though you installed a new one. If you turn the key to the first stop, you should hear the pump run for a few seconds. I know I can hear mine. It's faint, but I can hear it.
  16. Any water get into any electrical or electronic components?
  17. Mine's doing good, no problems as of yet. You must have finally worked all the bugs out of yours. How's the fishing?
  18. Hey Joe! Been wondering where you have been. Haven't seen you post in a while. Hope everything is good with you.
  19. White smoke is usually coolant leaking into the cylinder. Sounds like a blown head gasket to me.
  20. Sounds like a choke issue, like it's not choking the engine enough until it warms up. Is it carbureted or fuel injected?
  21. Could it be the starter? Or maybe check the brake interlock. I had to adjust mine from the factory.
  22. Very good, sir. Thanks. Looks like I will have to do some measuring.
  23. Anybody have any idea what gauge wire to use?
  24. Does the cooling fan come on at all? If not, there's the issue to track down as to why. Could be that the fan motor has given up the ghost, or a solenoid has gone bad, loose or broken wiring, etc. If the fan does come on, you could have a bad thermostat, or the sensor at the radiator that signals the fan to turn on and off could be bad. There also may be an air pocket in the cooling system, which will cause the issue you describe. For the air pocket, you need to locate the bleed screws and bleed the air out. You will also probably have to elevate the front end to assist on removing the air. That's all I know, which I mostly picked from others on this forum. Hopefully someone else will chime in to add to this. Good luck!
