Hey bigdan I'm also in PA. PM me if you get a chance. I need to find a new fuel level sensor assembly and I remember reading that NAPA makes a pretty decent universal replacement. I'd much rather the OEM but I had also read that they were junk.

Hey Charlie. ... Thought you was selling it..... Anyways I did have clinking but mine was come from a blown off heim on the A arm. Only did it when I hit the brakes..if you think it's coming from that front rear end drain the oil.... I did mine just to redo fluids and it came out like silver paint.... yeah broke that cross shaft in that one too..... Guess what it's welded now..I'm done playing with them...Text me if needed.....np

Hey guys! I have been talking to [email protected]

She is definitely legit. She can get almost anything we want from China in a faster turn around time then Alibaba sellers. Her prices are definitely in line with current prices. Even cheaper in some cases. If you don't want to go through her you can go through me.

I'm her contact person here in USA. She has a warehouse of Joyner parts here in the states. She don't have everything but she does have a decent amount of stuff here...

Feel free to contact her or me...

If my post rubbed anyone the wrong way I must apologize. I have been talking to Casey at leaf asia and was trying to help her out. She is my friend more then anything and I have friends that have other Chinese equipment that needed parts and she helped us out saving shipping time by probably 2 weeks. Soooooo I'll leave it at that..

Alex,

It is my opinion that a lot of what is pinned is now obsolete, but yet, some of the info is still of use, especially to new owners of used machines.  Perhaps you can create a file or folder that is an archive that we don't have to scroll down through still has all the info in the pinned threads, I haven't read through them for a few years now, so I don't know what in them any more  of if the information is up to date.

I did unpin this topic, so unless some else repins it or asks the it be repinned, in will drift away.

a lot of the pinned  information is over ten years old, some from me, some from Lenny, some some rocmoc,  and from others, I now drive a 20015 Trooper T2, rocmoc drives a jeep (I think) and Lenny rides Honda motorcycles, the last I heard any way.

So, any way, I would suggest a questionnaire about whether to leave it alone, make an archive or just unpin it all.  I leave it to you.

Thanks Jeff, maybe we should create a new topic and pin that? I'm ok with it staying pinned was just asking really. I will look into archiving but one nice thing with the upgraded forum software is the search up top, it's pretty good finding things. I encourage everyone to try and use it and see how it works. :)

I have spoken to the Owner about it and does not like taking anything Chinese....But I am oly working part time at the moment.....and am still working out of my Garage....I charge $50.00 an hour labor. I can also do the work at your place if you have a "work area"....I am at Recker and Ray....where are you? I will PM you my cell number.

The owner doesn't want work on John Deere 825i Gators or Kawasaki Mules?  Those have the same engines as the Joyner Renegades with the 800cc (812cc) engine.

I have a 2007 Joyner 1100 sand viper and  before it even get's to where the thermostat opens up the oil pressure get's so low I have to shut it down. What could fix this ? I thought about adding an oil cooler with fan, thicker oil, or removing the thermostat. Any advice?

2004 250DL DIRT DEVIL. Hey y’all, I already know this is a long shot. But I am looking for a the “prick gear” assembly that makes reverse work for my external reverse gearbox. OEM PN D250.08.103 and its assembly. I bought the kart as a basket case, but I saw that the reverse box was present so I was optimistic.  Upon starting working on the buggy I realized there was a block off plate in plate of there the normal gear would be. If my understanding is correct that means the transmission no longer has reverse gear. I figured it’s just a standard bevel gear and I could probably find a gear to make work, but I don’t want to spend the time making all the other housing parts to shim the gear perfectly. Has anyone spare parts, or figured out an aftermarket solution from McMaster? I already know it’ll be a challenge to get this box to be happy again, but figured I would ask

I’m ready to buy a second machine. I looked at a Gator and a Mule. They are larger than I want. Something more trail size will be better. That being said, I do not wish to purchase from a big box store again. Can anyone recommend a good dealer who sells Hisun based machines?
Also, any thoughts on a machine with enclosed cab, HVAC, and modern electronics

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

I heard there's several off road festivals out that way. One or two post apocalyptic, the rest just rev and run. Anyone know a good one that offers camping? Any advice for out of state people like hauling, legality, and where to stay?
Ideally me and the missus would be down for camping out and setting up shop somewhere nearby. That way we can just wake up, load up, and ride.
