  1. Im pretty impressed and its nice to see someone would spend that much time or money on a Joyner. But it also looks like an RZR and Im sure rzr would have been cheaper and would have got the 4 wheel drive too just my opinion
  2. Hey I also put a half in bolt on my firewall cause my clutch was going to far its adujustable too and now the only time I have issues shifting is in the bitter cold knock on wood

  5. Ok I have a snorkle thats up by my head with a dry AEM cone shaped filter no issues I dont notice the noise and my o2 sensors have been unplugged for two yrs now no issues I have the SB programmer set on the first or secound setting I dont have the af ratio sensor yet. I noticed a difference in throttle responce not a lot of power. I do run 30" tires and seems to get it done
  6. They said they fixed the rear diffs on the newer models but that I am not sure of. When I got my trooper I let it run for about 20 mins to get hot and then I drained the oil and I run I think 10-40 Castro semi synthetic, transmission has royal purple and the diffs both have synthetic. My trooper had 50 miles on it when I purchased it
  7. I put silicone on all my electrical connections so they are sealled, the temp sensor on the bottom of the radiator I put rtv around the electrical end of it, put all good fluids in it oil, diff oil and coolant. I grease mine and spray the hiem joints with penetrating oil after every use. I got freezer bags and put my fuse boxes and ecm in them and mounted them back in factory spots. MAKE A SNORKLE KIT OR BUY ONE factory air box is terrible. I put rock sliders on the side of mine. I do a lot of woods riding and slow speeds So mine may be set a little different than others. WELCOME to the sight these people are great HERE

I painted it yes there are scratches. Im probally forgetting something. I do live in MASS it cost me 500$ to have shipped from Texas 2 yrs ago. 7200$ OBO .

  20. Finally fixed the steering had to replace pinion gear in steering box bought a shaft out of a camando it was shorter but I cut the end off plus three inches and welded it to my original boxed it and welded it seem tight and good now! No I just gotta get those dam bearings tight not loud just loose
  21. Lenny I read your add on ebay, man you really changed that thing up WOW!! I was wondering what the coil number by accel was that you installed I dont have a problem with it yet. and looks like as far as my steering goes you might be righht i think it slipped on the pinion shaft like it did a few mounths ago. Just gotta pull it apart I have anothere pinion and shaft but I think the shaft is from a renagade is it possible to press the u joints out use the bottom half of the new shaft and install it on the old shaft so its all real tight
  22. This makes me sad Lenny hopefully we all can count on u still! Thanx for all the help you have given me
  23. Sounds like u had a great time I saw this happen on a Nissan frontier and I rechecked everything put it all back together and there was never any issue let me know how it goes
