Tracker 800SX Parking Defect
Randys replied to Shawn Smith's topic in TRACKER Off Road UTV SxS Forum
There is a recall on this now. They replace the shifting cable. My 2022 has the new cable but you still have to be aware of what gear you are in when placing it in park. -

Hello I have a 2022 Massimo t-boss 550. I’m looking for a fix for my timing problem. It keeps getting out of timing. Now I’m trying to find the proper parts for the linhai motor. I’m looking for tensioner chain and gear. If there’s anything else I can do to fix this issue please let me know. Unfortunately I can’t afford to get something better so I got to get it fixed. Thanks in advance. Don

I'm having a similar issue with my Axis 500. It seems to bog down and struggle, particularly on inclines/hills (see video). Frustratingly, it also only happens intermittently, more often when the machine has been running for a while (I use it for farm work only). So far I have: Replaced fuel filter Replaced fuel injector Replaced MAP sensor (reset ECU after) Replaced spark plug Verified air filter is clean Verified no obstructions in exhaust I only run it on 91+ gas and put a can of seafoam through it to no avail I did previously have an issue with a failed one-way bearing, but this particular issue predates that failure. I replaced the one-way bearing a few months ago and inspected the wet clutch, primary/secondary clutches and belt while I was in there-didn't see anything of concern. Where do I go from here? Coleman Powersports Youth 125cc ATV won't start

I don't know anything about the atvs, but he you tried shorting the solenoid with a screwdriver, and if so does it crank over or start? -
Thanks for the info. I did locate the part on partstree and it was very expensive $291.00 plus tax and shipping total $325. The part wasn't much bigger than a quarter. I'll try and include a Pic. Anyway I installed it and the UTV runs well. Yes it is gas not propane. I switched to non-ethonal gas.

Clyde, are you aware that number is for a propane carb. Are you trying to run it on gas? That carb is available for around 300.-00. If you were noty aware that it was propane powered, I would be trying to get a refundGood luckYou may be able to switch it to gas but thats not my forte. Oh, I saw the part available on partstree and a coupla other sites (ebay)

UTV Odes Ravager 1000cc - Strange noise from the back
that guy from Canada replied to Ermd ttk's topic in ODES UTV SxS Forum
If it only happens downhill engine braking, and riding the brakes stops it its simply a design flaw. If not i would take it back to dealer, could be something else, hard to diagnose unless i could actually test drive it myself. -

I could test to know exactly when it happens However, is it a malfunction or is there nothing to worry about? -

Hmmm only thing i can think of is that if the rear driveshaft doesnt have a carrier bearing part way down it could be binding when off throttle, downhill under load. Other thought if you are decending steep and engine braking without dragging or using the actual brakes it can be the secondary loading up and banging around. Do a test run on the second point see whats up, if braking helps just brake. -

Welcome! Just a introduction to the offshore brand machines. They tend to be underpowered and high geared for heavy loads or work. Be sure to use low range when working. Also i suggest putting your cooling fan on a direct ignition relay, bypass temp sensor, quad is on fan is on for work. Or you can put fan on a switch, turn on in low range, but you can accidentally forget. These tips will help prevent overloading or overheating the engine Cheers from Canada!

I am looking for the front brush guard that was made by Off Road Body Armor. They stopped making it to fit my 2023 Kymco 450i.. So if anyone knows where one is I would like to buy it. Thanks Gary

Cub Cadet Challenger MX750 Primary clutch issues

I just purchased a new sheave and the sliders come from the factory with flat spots. My question is the same my weights had white dots on the small flat side, Are those to be facing up as you look at the sheave? -

Three times now our Tracker SXS EViS has been driven off with it plugged up charging. This last time ripped the charger off the wall and now it won't charge. Is there a way to test my charger to see if it's what's not working? I think the wires inside the sxs may have been pulled loose too so it might be the sxs that's not charging rather than the charger not working. And is there a charging alternative to ordering a $500+ new charger?

I just bought my first SxS. (XP 4 1000) I have ridden and raced dirt bikes for 40+ years. Old age has set in and I needed a new format to continue my off road adventures. My wife and I enjoy exploring old mining sites and ghost towns all over Arizona. We have a home in Southern Arizona and share our time between home and Phoenix. We look forward to the tips and information shared here.· 0 replies
