  12. Only one way to find out
  13. they're permanently twisted in that position now, LOL
  14. And of course, a welding job is not complete until you finish welding and you pick up the material where it's hottest......and drop it REAAAALLLLYY quick. it also nice because the nuts for the tailgate cables and the holes in the side of the bed from the factory line up perfect so they also help support it.
  15. When not in use, either fold it straight up or it is easily removed in a few seconds by loosening the wing nuts, and then folding it up and tightening them by hand. the bolts/wing nuts are through pre-drilled Factory 8mm (5/16") holes. total cost is about $22 is flat stock 2 48" x1/8" x2" pieces, $2 for the wing nuts and bolts, and 1 welding rod and a half.
  16. Hauling 9 5 gallon feed buckets is kind of tight for space in the dump bed, and if you need to carry a mineral block, extra feed and what not, that stuff won't fit in the glove the compartment! So, here's what i devised. i originally planned on having 2 simular pieces instead of 1, but i think this will do just fine. the longest piece is 40 7/8" and the 2 shorts are 13 1/2"
  17. Mine's doing great! Still wish I knew what was up with that old starter. But this new one has been flawless. Just rolled over to 1500 hours.
  18. good news!!
  19. Hi, this service manual in our download section may be of help to you,
  20. i think alot of them won't go over a certain speed if the seat belts aren't latched.
  21. Welcome to the UTV Board!
  22. I've got 6.5HP briggs mower with a connecting rod chirp/rattle. It's been doing that for 7 or 8 years. Some times stuff will make noise and never break.. Then something that sounds good breaks just like that.
  23. Have a look at the new downloads section here and see if you can find a manual....i would imagine it has a troubleshooting section There's probably a Relay for the fuel pump to. https://www.utvboard.com/files/
  24. I'd say it's definitely worth a try... could be a few $ fix.
