  1. Merry Christmas and a happy New year to all!
  2. From what I read brand new they were $6400 As is? Well ,sight unseen, I would not pay over $2000 for one that I would have to work on once I bought it. If you fixed it, you can get more for it.
  3. Most or all fuel injected engines have a idle air control valve, it's usually electrical, not mechanical. could be a problem with it.
  4. I don't know the reason for it, but I'm sure Kawasaki Engineers knew why.
  5. I would check the clearance you have now between the tire, and fenders. I looked at some Google pictures of it, I probably wouldn't go more than 2" extra ... Also depends on how springy the suspension is too.
  6. I'd take it back to where you bought it/who sold it to you, it should be their responsibility that everything is in working order.
  7. https://www.ebay.com/itm/IAC-Idle-Air-Control-Valve-For-HiSUN-400-500-700-ATV-UTV-Bennche-Menards-Massimo-/274012488967?redirect=mobile Here is the part itself. It should be located around the intake into The engine. I'll do some more looking.
  8. Lookup Kolpin outdoors, they make utv accessories. I've never personally bought anything from them, but know several people who have, they are happy with their purchase.
  9. You might checkout Powersports nation , they literally sell thousands of UTV parts, granted they are all used , in good working condition.

  11. If the carburetor is adjustable, it's probably running a lean air fuel mixture. Smaller engines in cold weather like rich mixtures (more fuel than air) When you come to a stop, choke it just a little bit and see if it runs better.
  12. What was the A.C. Voltage? It needs to put out a certain amount to work properly. And for the regulator to change it to 12V
  13. Ohhh, it's kaf450, which is the Mule 1000. Like I said try engaging it while rolling.
  14. I would contact American landmaster. (Formerly sportworks) I've heard they weren't too keen on keeping parts in stock after a few years
  15. Try engaging it while rolling at a slow speed. Is it a 550?
