  1. Some of the newer Kawasaki come with the Chery engine... Which doesn't Joyner use too?
  2. This one's been going for 19 years. I replaced the rear axle seal and bearing, and pulled th engine, put new rings and seals on it. It's been a good machine with very few problems over the years.
  3. Could be a restriction on the high speed jet in the carb, Does it do it while driving only or in Neutral just reving?
  4. This may sound silly, but are your battery cable ends free of corrosion?

  15. It looks like It just fits around the brake panel, and then the drum fits over it. I wonder why it has that seal around it? Mine (Even though it's a 550) doesn't have them. Manuals are a must have for working on equipment, and will likely have every answer to your questions https://www.ebay.com/itm/KAWASAKI-MULE-2510-UTILITY-VEHICLE-ATV-SERVICE-MANUAL-DIESEL-ENGINE/264515499459?hash=item3d965a35c3:g:7XcAAOSwJwFduPo8&redirect=mobile
  16. I guess I'm not sure which part you are talking about. do you mean the ones that cover the axle nut? Do you have the part number so I can look them up?
  17. You'll have to check with either local or state government regs. to take It on road to see if you can or how you can make It legal too. https://www.utvguide.net/2016-four-seat-utvs/
  18. Welcome to the forum!!
  19. Okay, weird thing. Go out and fire up the mule, it idles PERFECT. I drove it around for about 10 minutes. Then let it idle for several minutes. Drive it around some more. Then let it idle, idles perfect. I guess the b12 chemtool I put in it worked it's magic...
  20. Yep, the base model engine is FE290D-xxxxx And was used in club cars and many John Deere equipment. 15003-2589 is The part number for mule

  23. Yep, I'm about to take off my carb, as you know it's been idling rough. Then dying. they say these Mikuni carburetors are real finicky. I've had good luck with Chinesium carbs for Briggs engines. Though I hate to buy them OEM is so dang expensive.
